Once we have handled the return of your items, we will continue with the refund.

REFUND OF AN PURCHASE

If you have returned an item purchased in-store, the refund can be made with the same method of payment used for the purchase or a new one. When you make a return of an online purchase, you can receive the refund via the same payment method you used for the purchase or a new one. If you sent your return through a shipping company, we will process it in the 24/48 hours after receiving it in our facilities.

Once the return has been completed we will send you a confirmation email.

Keep in mind that once the return has been made, you will receive the amount within a maximum period of 14 days, depending on your bank.
If you do not see a credit to your account within 14 days, please use this confirmation and present it to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.

Remember: if you sent us your return items through our drop off point service, the return costs will be taken off the amount of your reimbursement.

WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you have not received the email with the information from your refund, please check that the email address associated with your account is correct. Keep in mind that if you make a return through a delivery point, it will be processed once the items arrive at our facilities. Once completed, you will receive an email with the return information.

I NO LONGER HAVE THE CARD I USED TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. HOW CAN I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

A refund can be handled through the original payment method or another payment method of choice.

WHY DID I RECEIVE A PARTIAL REFUND FROM MY RETURN?

Keep in mind that, should you send us your items in different packages, we may issue the refund at different times. We will send you an email confirmation with the detail of each one. If you prefer, you can contact us so we can review your case in detail.

HOW CAN I GET THE INVOICE FOR MY REFUND?

You can access your reimbursement invoice through your order detail. If you made the purchase without registering, you can do it from the link found in your return confirmation email.
